 <title>FAAT Masters Swimming</title>

&lt;p&gt;Masters Swimming @ Westsood Country Club.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mondays are generally aerobic with alternate strokes mixed in.&lt;br /&gt;Wednesdays are cruise intervals -- medium length intervals with short rest&lt;br /&gt;Fridays we swim fast.  Sometimes short, sometimes long, but always fast. &lt;/p&gt;
