Beginner Adventure Racing 101
Sat. April 5, 2008, 9am Rocky Gap State Park in Flintstone, Maryland (5-6 Hours)
Get the lay of the land for the Greenhorn and Rocky Gap Adventure Races. We'll cover basic mountain bike skills, map reading, strategy ideas and team dynamics. We'll bike, run, and if the weather cooperates, paddle. Paddling equipment will be provided. Bring your bike, helmet, running shoes, your lunch, and appropriate clothing.
