Personal Philosophy
"The best piece of advice I ever got was to 'take one thing in your life and do it only for yourself.' As a father with a 40+ hour a week job and an active family life I truly understand the time commitments we all have. I made a lot of mistakes and wasted a lot of time before seeking out a good coach. With that in mind- when I train I want to make the best use of my time. I share this practice in my coaching. Each training session has a purpose- no junk miles! You'll find that when you train efficiently you'll get more accomplished in less time- you don't have to be a pro to benefit from personal coaching!
"Triathlon has been one of the most positive influences in my life. I want to share my passion for the sport with you."
